At Forza Resources, he oversaw $60 million in acquisitions and coordinated more than 200 independent landmen. Handling complex due diligence and lease reviews, he realized that the secret to managing resources effectively is elevating the people behind them. His focus shifted from achieving short-term gains to creating long-lasting impact by nurturing talent.
